We are very pleased to announce our new management team to support the growth of Bex Design & Print.
Mel, Ed and Steve – who share around 50 years of experience in the print and design industry – are taking on some of the top roles at Bex.
Mel Conway, who has been a part of our team for over 20 years, is our new Managing Director.
Ed Giles, previously our Lead Senior Sales Engineer, is stepping up to become our new Sales Manager.
And Steve Murphy has been promoted from Lead Graphic Designer to Head of Production.
The new management team will lead Bex at a time of significant growth for the company: last year, Bex was acquired by Amcomri Group and we reached a major milestone for the EV charging industry – as we surpassed the 500,000 mark of charging stations that we have produced components for.

Mel Conway, Managing Director at Bex Design & Print, said:
“Having been at Bex for 20 years, I am honoured to be leading the team in this new chapter. Over my years with Bex I have gained lots of experience in various roles and gained an extensive knowledge of our processes and procedures through my role as the Internal ISO auditor. I hope to use my knowledge and experience to continue the growth and success of Bex Design & Print in the future.
“We never stand still and continue to invest in new technologies so there is always something new that we can offer to clients. We strive to produce excellent quality products and proudly maintain our reputation within the industry.

Ed Giles, Sales Manager at Bex Design & Print, said:

“In my new role as Sales Manager I’ll be working with both new and existing customers, identifying their needs and working with them to deliver bespoke, on-time solutions.”
Steve Murphy, Head of Production at Bex Design & Print, said:
“My role has expanded during my time here, so I’m not just a graphic designer any more, and I am honoured to now become Head of Production.
“I love the team and working with everyone here at Bex. A lot of us have been here for a long time, so we’re like one big family and it’s a great working environment.”
