Our dedicated sales team use their vast knowledge of the industry to fully understand customers’ requirements and advise on solutions. They work closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure customer projects are delivered within their budgetary requirements.
In the studio our highly skilled graphic design team have many years experience between them and are the experts in all aspects of artworking, graphic design and ensuring all files are meticulously prepared for the print process.
Our established production teams bring both valuable experience, flexibility and expertise to the factory floor ensuring lead times are met and finished products are manufactured and finished to the high standards expected.
Our quality/print inspection teams are rigorous in their implementation of Company inspection policies, ensuring production issues, however small, are caught early in the production process and dealt with accordingly.
This has helped to ensure we remain well below our target of 0.5% customer returns, with an average at 0.23%*

The original company, Serobex, was founded in 1987, based in a small business unit in Calne, Wiltshire with 2 employees.
Bex Design Services Ltd. is established, providing an on-site consultancy and design facility to complement the existing print facility.
Continuing the company’s commitment to providing market leading solutions for its customers, Bex Design invest in their first large format flat-bed digital printer. This new technology offers customers numerous design opportunities using a varied choice of materials along with vastly reduced lead times.
December 2015 and the second factory extension is opened increasing the site by a further 5000 sq ft. Bex Design and Print celebrate with the launch of its new logo design.
Bex announces two exciting additions to its screen printing plant: the Sakurai MAESTRO MF-80 VII fully automatic screen printer combined with a Natgraph Air Force UV Combination Dryer. The staggering capacity and speed achieved by these two machines working together significantly reduces lead times and costs.
